Follow the next steps to redeem coupons:

1. The agent must print and give the following coupon to the client.
2. The second coupon is for a new client.
3. The $5 and/or $3 refund applies only at the moment of the payment at the agency, not by mail.
4. The client must sign the coupon to be valid.
5. Staple the coupon to the policy.
